Read carefully the description of these luxury suites. There is a private bathroom in the room (103) with a very fancy shower in the bedroom area. It is quite a small room but has a beautiful view from the bathroom over the fishing port. The front window has a tiny balcony (not to sit on) and looks out onto one of the main streets of the town which is very noisy! The upstairs roof terrace has a jacuzzi and a stunning view. This area is shared by all guests. Breakfast is available from a small bistrot/café (Al Mare) about 5 minutes away from the apartment in the port area. Coffee and pastries available before 9.00am and a cooked selection after 9.00am. Friendly staff and very clean premises. The location of the suite is very convenient as the main door opens straight on to one of the main pedestrian streets of this lovely town. The staff were super helpful and friendly, booking us restaurants and providing general guidance and advice.

Situated right in the heart of Monopoli, our room's window treated us to a panoramic view that perfectly complemented our pre-trip research. The comfort level was top-notch; the bed and pillows made for restful nights, and the room's cleanliness was impeccable. Breakfast was a pleasant experience at nearby cafés. While we didn't make use of the outdoor jacuzzi on the terrace, it was a pleasant spot to soak in the stunning views one evening.

Great views from the room and the rooftop deck; we loved watching the changing light on the water and buildings of the old port. Fabulously helpful staff-- carried our luggage up the steep steps to our room, and also helped us get our luggage back to the nearest car access point. (Hotel is in a pedestrian zone.) Room was beautifully decorated. Comfortable bed.

The views of the harbour from the windows were amazing and the terrace was great for relaxing and taking in the atmosphere of the harbour .
